Terms and Conditions - Community



  • a) Terms and conditions of the Web property of The Game Changers Lab® (hereinafter TGCL) a brand of Produktema Limited. (hereinafter, PKT) located at the URL www.thegamechangerslab.com.

  • b) PKT is a company registered in England with company number 08278419 registered and principal trading address 2nd Floor, 17 Short's Gardens, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9AT.



  • a) The following Terms and Conditions will apply in the acquisition of membership services in the TGCL community. The user agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions, including the age of majority requirement to use or participate in the mentioned services.

  • b) The obligations of TGCL, if any, with respect to its products and services are governed solely by the agreement according to which they are sold or lent, and nothing can be inferred from the website to alter such agreements.

  • c) TGCL may make changes to its products and services offered in the website or in the prices applicable to them at any time and without prior notice. The content published on the website about products and services may be outdated and TGCL does not undertake to update them.


  • a) "COMMUNITY" means the community of TGCL.

  • b) "MEMBER" refers to the company or individual that registers to be part of the COMMUNITY as a “Founder” category, and to the professionals registered in the community as a “Game Changer” category.

  • c) "MEMBERSHIP" means the period of time in which a MEMBER remains associated with the community, be it a company or an individual.

  • d) "EXCLUSIVE EVENTS" are all events classified by TGCL with exclusive access to the members of the community.

  • e) "OPEN EVENTS" are all events classified by TGCL as free access to Members and Game Changers, and through the payment of a ticket to professionals who are not members of the community.

  • f) «EVENTS BY INVITATION ONLY» are all events classified by TGCL as "by invitation only" to which only professionals invited by TGCL have access, regardless of whether they are members of the community or not.

  • h) "QUOTA" refers to the annual payments corresponding to the membership.


  • a) TGCL reserves the discretionary power over all matters related to the membership, including the denial thereof.

  • b) The services associated with the membership depend on the category contracted and are detailed in the membership contract and on the TGCL website.

  • c) The Terms and Conditions are considered understood and accepted by the member in the act of contracting the membership.

  • d) The membership begins formally with the payment of the first installment.

  • e) In the event that the membership is not accepted, TGCL will refund the fee in total within a period of no less than 14 days.

  • f) All notifications to the member will be made through the email provided at the moment of purchase of the membership, through the TGCL website.

  • g) These Terms and Conditions will be periodically reviewed (last revision July 4, 2018)



  • a) The payment of the first installment is made through the means provided by TGCL on its website. Subsequent payments can be made by direct debit authorisation.

  • b) Members wishing to make the payment of the deferred payment may do so by direct debit, after negotiation and acceptance of the payment terms by TGCL. Bank information must be provided at the beginning of the membership.

  • c) The new members have a period of 15 days to revoke the membership and be reimbursed for the total amount paid.



  • a) Membership is renewed automatically on an annual basis, until it is revoked in writing within a minimum period of 15 days prior to the renewal date.

  • b) Cancellations communicated from the day before the renewal date incur a £100 administrative fee.

  • c) If the annual payments already due are not received within 14 days after the renewal date, a debt collection procedure will begin.

  • d) 30 days post the payment due date, TGCL reserves the right to deny access to the offending member to any service until the quota is regularised.



  • a) TGCL reserves the right to determine the topics, formats and content of the events and to modify them whenever it deems necessary.

  • b) TGCL reserves the right to change the venue of the event, the schedule and the participants until the date of the event.

  • c) Any change in the dates of the events will be communicated by email no less than two weeks prior to the event.

  • d) The main language of the events is English, except when otherwise defined by the organiser.

  • e) Registration and entry to events is only allowed for non-commercial executive positions except when otherwise decided by TGCL.

  • f) The registration process to the events opens 60 days prior to the event date and TGCL follows the first come first served basis rule when allocating seats. Once the capacity has been reached TGCL will open a waiting list that will follow the same rule.

  • h) The pass to the events includes access to all the sessions, meals or refreshments determined in the programmes.

  • i) Members' records are not transferable to third parties that are not members, this being individuals or organisations. They can be transferred only to individuals of the same organisation. Changes must be notified in writing and provide all the necessary details for the identification of the new participant(s).

VIII. Use of logo

Members grant to TGCL the express right to use members` company logo in marketing and public relations materials and other communications solely to identify members as a founders. TGCL hereby grants to members the express right to use TGCL´s logo solely to identify TGCL as a provider of services to members. Other than as expressly stated herein, neither party shall use the other party's marks, codes, drawings or specifications without the prior written permission of the other party.



  • a) Except where prohibited by law, TGCL shall not be liable for any indirect, exemplary, accidental or incidental damages, including loss of profits, even if it has been aware of the possibility that such damages may occur.



  • a) These Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between TGCL and the member and may not be modified verbally, only in writing and signed by an authorised representative of the party to whom the execution of any exemption, charge, modification or discharge applies.



  • a) Members accept that all matters related to membership, including conflicts, will be governed by UK Law. Any claim as established in these Terms and Conditions must be submitted within a period of one year from the date on which the cause of the action was initiated. Otherwise, this request will be prescribed. Only minor expenses will be received as compensation for damages, unless the party that wins the conflict has the right to claim legal fees. In case of membership related disputes, the parties involved should try to reach an agreement in good faith as soon as possible. If a conciliation agreement cannot be reached within a reasonable period of time (not exceeding 30 days), one of the parties must communicate it and request mediation. If the dispute can not be resolved through mediation, the parties may exercise the rights granted by current legislation.
